30 days.

Bike, illustration, failure, blog, post, ashtead, surrey, outdoors, sport, openhouse, thinking

It's difficult to see some things through. Life, excuses, laziness can get in the way.

So I decided to share my little challenge, I tweeted it and popped it up on Facebook. It was simple, to ride my bike every day for the next 30 days, full details here.

Daily life is busy, very busy. No more hours in the day meant I had to change something, so the 5:30 club was formed. Up with the birds and before the roads are full of cars, friends came and went, but mainly it was me, my bike, my thoughts and the countryside. Perfect.

30 days is just right, one month, not too difficult right?

So I thought i'd invite you to try it, set yourself a goal... What will you be starting today for the next 30 days?

Oh and make sure you share it, it'll avoid making excuses.

  6. No sugar for 30 days for me!!! I've done this before, and felt great because of it, but I keep lapsing, so I want to do it again. If I can get to the 30 day mark, then that will make it much easier to keep it going :-)
